Do you know that I LOVE CHRISTMAS?

Well, it is true! I love Christmas! This is the first year Joel and I have ever had a Christmas Tree...isn't it beautiful? I purchased this beauty last year while it we 75% off! It was the best Christmas purchase to date. We actually put our tree up on Monday because we had the time, and I had the desire! You see, we are leaving our house in the middle of December to go to Idaho for Christmas and I so I wanted to get as much time as possible with my Christmas Tree! I am so glad that Joel agreed to let me put up the tree (although if he would have said no I would have done it without his help..) When are you going to get your Christmas decorations out and your Christmas Tree up?

Oh I also put out the two nativity sets that I have as well!
I LOVE CHRISTMAS!

Oh I can't wait til Christmas!!! I would love to put Christmas stuff out now but Cory doesn't think I should yet. So next Saturday I am putting up a whole bunch of Christmas stuff.
Your tree is gorgeous!!! I love it. I have been in the Christmas spirit since the beginning of November. I am sorry I am just rambling. So what are you guys doing for thanksgiving? Thanks for doing the pumpkin patch pictures.

Can I say I am officially jealous you have your tree up? It's beautiful! WTG on the 75% off too, nice deal! Our tree is a skinny little one but it works for us for now. Now if I can only get that husband of mine to help me put ours up :)

Gealous! Lila, your tree is BEAUTIFUL! I still haven't taken down my summer decor- and halloween never got put up!

Yesterday my sister brought me a cute little word board- that's the only fall stuff up... but i better get cracking since mom's coming here for thanksgiving!

Now i wish i had a tree like yours! Mine is that same one we had when we were roommates...

did you live with me at cmas time? or were you married already?

We were not roomates at that time...I was indeed a married woman! :)

I am so excited that we actually have a real tree...if you look closely at the last two pictures of the tree in all its glory, you will notice a nutcracker and another tiny tree next to the wall..that tiny tree was the Christmas tree we had last year...hahah it is cute, but nothing compaired to our tree this year!!

I love Christmas time too. I don't know when we'll get our first tree. It's weird to see decorations on houses here when it's 80 degrees outside. Just seems wrong. I was going through my closet last night trying to clean it out for when company comes and found my 2 small boxes of Christmas decorations and forgot that I had most of them because I got them after the holidays last year. I'm so excited to use them!

We were going to do ours this weekend, but I think we will do it on Friday as a fun post-thanksgiving treat! If I had it my way, we would have put it all up the day after Halloween. Dev put a stop to that idea. I love Christmas time. When I heard the Christmas music playing at Walmart a couple weeks ago, it brought tears to my eyes. I blamed it on the pregnancy hormones, but deep down I know I would've been that choked up even if I wasn't preggo. I'm such a boob! Tis the season, right? :o)

Loves!

You have been tagged. List 6 interesting things about yourself. Joe and Lila are seperate so each do your own list and then tag 6 other people.

Lila, I am totally the same way. I spend all year waiting on Christmas time to come so I can get out my decorations. We bought a tree about the 3rd or 4th year we were married, but had to wait 3 more years before we could finally put it up all the way. We lived in the basement and it was too tall and big, so we put up the top half and left off the back branches and shoved it in the corner. Pretty pitiful! I can't wait this year because we have a big new house to decorate, although bigger houses, mean that I don't have nearly enough decorations! *Sigh*
