Christmas Eve

In my family we always would open a gift on Christmas Eve...when we were kids, it was always pjs, but once we got older, we were able to pick a present...Joel's family never did this, and every year when I have a desire to open a Christmas Eve present Joel always says "well my family never did that..." This year I didn't let that stop me from having Joel open his Christmas Eve gift...I bought him something and I knew that he wouldn't support buying me anything, so I took the leisure of buying myself a gift that was "from him." I think Joel was pretty excited and glad (in the end) that we opened our Christmas Eve gifts...hopefully we will continue to do this each year, and eventually pjs will turn into tradition...
