Christmas in Oregon

We decided not to take any of the Christmas gifts that we had gotten for each other with us to Idaho since we would just have to bring them back here...so we left everything wrapped under the tree so we could open them when we got home. My mom had been watching over our house while we were away and managed to slip in some gifts as well!! It was fun to come home to a tree full of gifts! Joel and I had a great time opening gifts together!

This is the collection of gifts we received this year from both friends and family....

We hope you had a great Christmas! Although getting gifts is a fun tradition, it is important to remember the true meaning of Christmas. May the Lord bless you and your families this New Year!

Happy Holidays!

Wow, you got some fun gifts! I love the nativity (little people)... too cute! AND my fave is the Willow Tree Angel holding the flag. I collect those and have the whole nativity now (as of this Christmas). woo hoo! They are all so beautiful and can be so personal (like your flag). I don't have that one, but I will have to get it someday because I love it. Dean was born Memorial Weekend, is that a good reason? :o)
