Ok...the dresses...well I don't really know the whole story behind them, however I do konw that each year the city of chicago has a new design on display. usually the art institute will volunteer to do the displays, but sometimes it is other artist instead. The dresses are this year's art piece. they are everywhere. I really liked how different each one was...there were some that I wish I could have jumped out of the car for, but to obviously that didn't happen....
it isn't really fair for you guys to aske me questions like that though because I just take pictures of what I think looks cool...I don't usually know what or why they are around.
