Oh Where, Oh Where Have I Been?

Well, not really normal for me to keep the same thing up for almost two weeks, but life just wasn't allowing me to update y'all lately. On Sunday, October 28th, I was bed ridden once again for my annual illness. Seriously about every six months I get very very sick and am bed ridden for at least a week. I have come to the conclusion that I had a cyst rupture on my left ovary, causing me extreme pain and sickness...I spent almost the entire week on pain pills and sleeping, except near the end of the week when I thought I could go back to work and ended up leaving both days early due to pain. If you do the math, you will be able to tell that I was down for the count during Halloween...yep, no trick-or-treats for Lila-Berry...sad story. Halloween we did manage to go to my parent's house so Joel could give candy to the trick-o'-treatahs, but that only lasted for about a hour until I needed to go curl up and take pain pills.**Sigh** I keep telling myself that all this pain and illness that comes upon me often will all be worth it once we have a family, but it really is hard at times to find the strength to endure when it is almost unbearable. It seems that every month I beg to have my "insides" taken out so I don't have to feel the pain anymore, but that isn't very realistic. Oh well...everyone has their own trials.
On a brighter note, soon I will be able to go get all my Christmas decorations and decorate my house! I am so excited! We bought a tree last year after Christmas and we are, for the first time in our four years of marriage, going to have a REAL SIZED Christmas tree! Hooray!

I hope you enjoy the remainder of the post-catch-ups below!

YAY! Christmas! I was gonna do my blog all Christmas-y when I was giving it a make-over but decided to do the real thing first. Maybe I will still do the Christmas theme if I don't pop this kid out too soon (which I am hoping I do). :o)

Do you think it is too early to decorate the house? I have been so excited to hear the festive music at Walmart that I can hardly wait to decorate. Plus, if we wait until the babe is born, we may not have much time. Oh well. Perhaps I'll just wait... I'm getting good at that these days. (Hmmm...define "good", you say knowing of my severe impatience? You got me there!)

I'm so sorry you've been feeling so cruddy, that's no good?

I'm definitely with you on being excited for Christmas. I asked Marshall if we could put up the Christmas tree today and he told me to wait a little longer, lol :)
