Another New Adventure for Us....

This is breaking news..........

Joel, Calvin, and I will be moving to Green River, Wyoming at the end of September. Joel was offered a position as a fire claim adjuster with State Farm in Rock Springs, which is a lateral move in the company. This is the first of many steps Joel will be making in his career to reach the position he wants the most. We are excited and nervous for this change, but we know the Lord has prepared the way for us and we are ready for a new adventure!! We have decided to live in Green River, which is about 14 miles from Rock Springs because Joel has two brothers who reside in that city. It is a small town of only 13,000 people. If things go as hoped, we will move straight into a house! Green River/Rock Springs is about 2 hrs from Salt Lake City, Utah...so we anticipate visiting often!

Our family is going to be 1/2 the population of that area soon...what with all the Jensens, Vanessa, Bryan, our siblings, etc. Have fun with the move!

Congrats guys! We hope that we will get to see and play with you guys when you get here. We don't get to see much of Cody and Carter. Hopefully, that can change with one more strasser in the area! :) Let us know when you get here and if you need any help. We are ready and willing.

Well, what can I say? I'll have 3 boys living there now and I am happy for all of you. You won't get me to leave Idaho! 1 trip over will get lots more accomplished now but Green River, Salem, as far as travel you are all still too far away!

CONGRATS! Sounds FABULOUS! I would love to live in a place like that: small town, but a short drive to a city and friends/family. You'll have a great time!
