Well it was no easy task, but after placing an offer on a third house, we finally were given great news! They accepted our offer...now we just have to do all the paperwork and what not...(oh joy!)
This house is a stand-alone townhouse...it has 1770sq.ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft, and unfinished basement! We are going to be able to do some super cute things with it!! A lot of it has been updated already, but there are still things we will be able to do to help give it some equity boosts. I am super excited to paint the walls, especially Calvin's room, and put grass in the backyard! I might even get a small garden, although gardening in WY can be difficult. We have a detached garage and are just pretty excited about it.
Green River doesn't have very many options for our price range, so we are pretty excited that we actually are getting something that has square footage!
When we move, I am going to start a new blog because this one is almost full to memory capacity. With that new blog, I am also probably going to make is private, so make sure I have your e-mail addresses so I can make sure you have access!

Yea!!! Looks great! So much more room than you have now! And you even have more room to grow into the basement. And you'll have your own private gym, racing up and down those stairs and making sure Calvin doesn't! I've never heard of a stand alone townhouse. What makes it a townhouse? So when so you think you'll start the move?

Yay! How exciting!! It is lovely and I adore white kitchens. I can't wait to see it all Strassered up and lookin' fine.
I don't know what the landscape is like there, but pretty much anywhere else I've live (including here) Rye grass does the trick. It is soft and beautifully green and grows in SO quickly so it's a great filler. I wish ours would stay Rye all year but the St. Augustine kills it off in the summers. It sure keeps our lawn lookin' perty in the winter though.
